BREAK-FIT is a unique fitness programme developed by Fresh Skillz CIC founder and breaking coach, Mr Tarik Erkustanlar.
The sessions combine fundamental breakdance movements with music to create an enjoyable, energetic, and motivating fitness experience suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities.
